About Us
Since its incorporation, Medtexx® Medical Glove Specialists had embarked on a strategy committing its human and technological resources to pursuing quality standards at the highest levels for hand protection products.
Our Malaysian manufacturing plant began manufacturing latex examination gloves in 1988. With increased demand worldwide and acknowledgement of our quality standards, today, Medtexx® continue to increase the gloves output to cater to the global market. Our products range comprises disposable pre-powdered and powder-free natural rubber and synthetic latex examination gloves, such as Nitrile examination gloves.
In year 2001, Medtexx® introduced the Black Dragon® Latex Exam Gloves to various industries, ie. Permanent makeup, law enforcement etc. The following year 2002, Medtexx® launched another quality non-latex product - Black Dragon ZERO® Nitrile Exam Gloves as an alternatives to our latex product lines.
Our products are compliant with United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), 'Good Manufacturing Practices' (GMP) and Quality System Regulation.
Our quality certifications include (but not limited to):
- ISO 9001:2000 (Awarded by SIRIM Malaysia)
- ISO 9001:2000 and EN ISO 13485:2003 (Awarded by TUV Product Service GmbH)
- ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2000 with Standards Council of Canada (SCC) accreditation (Accredited by TUV Product Service GmbH)
Our pre-powdered and powder-free latex examination gloves are also accredited under the Standard Malaysian Glove (SMG) scheme by the Malaysian Rubber Board for 'High in Barrier Protection and Low in Protein'.
